Synopsis
In 1950s Kansas City, the rising tension between an African American crime syndicate and the Italian mafia escalates into open conflict, as both factions vie for control over the city's underground economy. Against a backdrop of racism and power struggles, their leaders navigate a treacherous path of violence and betrayal.
