Synopsis
During World War II, two sisters, Dottie and Kit, join the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League, a women's baseball league established to maintain public interest in the sport while men are away at war. Under the guidance of their hard-nosed coach, Jimmy Dugan, they navigate the pressures of competitive sports, personal rivalry, and newfound fame. Amidst these challenges, the story unfolds as a testament to sisterhood, the evolving role of women, and the timeless spirit of baseball.
